As a made-to-order business, your sign will go into production upon being ordered. Generally, please allow 7-14 business days to receive a tracking number.  Occasionally a metal sign produced has imperfections, which is a normal part of fabricating metal signs.  When the production facility finds an imperfection, they will re-make the sign.  This will cause delays in shipping signs as the facility works to make you a high-quality metal sign.

For delivery, once the tracking number is issued please allow:

• 7-14 business days in the contiguous USA (the "lower 48").
